what are your shipping policies?
Standard shipping is USPS first-class mail. Orders are shipped within 3-5 days of purchase. Your shipping confirmation and tracking number will be sent to your email provided at checkout. USPS Priority Shipping and UPS standard shipping are also available for an additional charge.
how do I get a custom?
Please visit the "Customs" tab above for more details about the process and photos of previous custom pieces.
do you take returns?
I take returns within 5 days of delivery. If you don't love what you bought, just email or dm me on social media. Money will be refunded upon safe return of the piece; I must receive the piece in tact and in the same condition that it was received in. If goods are damaged upon delivery, take a photo as soon as you open the package and email it to me.
what if my order gets lost in the mail?
I am not liable for lost or stolen mail. Double check that the address you've provided is correct before submitting your order. I strongly recommend that you closely monitor the tracking on your package to reduce the risk of stolen mail. If a package arrives damaged, please send me an email to discuss how to reconcile the damages.

I've been wire wrapping for about 9 years now. I believe jewelry has the power to enhance our human experience, and I want to create talismans that aid people on this difficult and exciting journey we are all on called life.​
